专院校对电子商务概念不清、教学思路模糊所致。只有从深入分析电子商务的概念入手，明确电子商务的作用
范围，辫析人才市场上对电子商务人才的需求，才能理清各大中专院校在电子商务人才培养方面存在的各种缺
陷与不足，从而提出中国电子商务人才培养的思路与模式。

analyse the concept of electronic commerce deeply, understand the use scope of it,and differentiate the
requirements of eclectronic commerce talented persons in the employment market，so that we can find
out the defects and shortages in training talented persons of electronic commerce and put forward the
thought ways and patterns in this field.

一、电子商务的概念
(一)电子商务经典定义的分析
1997年11月，国际商会在巴黎举行了世界电
子商务会议，会议对电子商务定义为:电子商务
(Electronic Commerce)，是指实现整个贸易过程中
各阶段的贸易活动的电子化。从中我们可以得出:
第一，电子商务是以电子交易手段和商业交易
目的为要素的行为
第二，电子商务是作用于某个对象的电子化
行为
第三，这种行为对各个阶段的贸易活动分别发
生作用
美国学者瑞维·卡拉克塔和安德鲁·B·惠
斯顿在《电子商务的前沿》一书中提出:“广义的
